- Provides a high level of customer service at all times.
- A few years experience in SaaS company and the tech world in general
- A strong knowledge of the financial landscape including but not limited to hedge funds, investment banks, private equity, etc.
- Very adept to learning and applying new technology.
- A technology enthusiast mindset.
- The ability to work independently and be on call 24/7 for client questions.
- Comfortable with a client facing position.
- Extremely articulate, well organized, and a strong attention to detail.
