This super stealth mode consumer tech startup is tackling a $50BN greenfield market - yep, that means brand new untapped territory. In order to do that they need to set up a temporary office space in NYC, and once that's secured they need to move forward with finding their permanent location.

They need a solid facilities manager who is comfortable taking on this kind of challenge, with expertise in overseeing the day-to-day care of a facility and also coordinating the relocation and build out of a new location. This role will require liaising with contractors, real estate companies, and everything else that goes into setting up a workplace.
