As a Senior Product Manager on our team, you will have the chance to drive the development of a new product from concept to launch. We are looking for candidates who thrive in the fast-paced environment of a start-up and want to be at the forefront of developing a capability that will solve a fundamental need of a global target market.
In this role, you will define, execute, and deliver a product roadmap that adds significant value to our customers. You will participate in developing the strategy and vision for the team, and you will develop and maintain product roadmaps and features based on that strategy. This role is highly cross-functional, you will work closely with engineering, product design, operations, project management and executive teams to bring an innovative consumer product to the market and develop and grow a new business.
A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to work extremely effectively in a start-up environment yet organized, and adept at synthesizing a variety of customer feedback inputs, technologies and market dynamics into quality products customers trust and value.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop product strategy vision and roadmaps, and developing short, medium and long-term features to achieve the vision
  2. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product
  3. Work closely with engineering, product design and program management to deliver products to market
  4. Work with team leadership to understand the customer and their needs and concerns as well as define solutions
  5. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution from partner teams
  6. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
 
Job Specification  
Experience
  1. 4+ years of Product Management experience in the consumer technology space
  2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, design or related field
  3. Experience working cross functionally (product design, engineering, QA) under an agile software development cycle
  4. Experience with mobile technology, web services and back-end application infrastructure
Required Skills
  1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the senior leadership level
  2. Candidate must be highly motivated, customer-focused, and set high standards
  3. Willingness to travel internationally every couple of months as required
  4. Strong project management skills
  5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using data and metrics to back up hypothesis and develop business cases
  6. Comfort working in a high paced, ambiguous start up environment
Desirable Skills
  1. 5 years relevant work experience.
  2. Experience designing user interfaces or creating examples through wire frames and mock ups
  3. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and multi-variate testing practices a plus
