We're working with a rideshare startup in NYC that is building out a recruiting team. They're looking to bring on 5 new recruiters, ranging from Junior to Senior. That team will then go forth to tackle the company's 50+ non-technical roles open, all around the country.
They're looking for people that are self motivated, and that have worked in high performance companies, know how to juggle multiple requisitions at once, and do it all with a smile. If that's you - we'd love to talk!
- Source candidates from top talent pools using a variety of innovative strategies
- Be an expert in talent needs, intuitively understanding where any given candidate may fit best
- Believe in and champion the brand and culture
- Keep candidates up-to-date and informed throughout the hiring process
- Use analytics to inform recruiting goals, methods, and protocol
- Develop and continuously improve Via’s internal hiring process, from job posting through offer letter
